Duties and responsibilities: Fulfill order entry transactions – data entry of PO's
Duties and responsibilities: Build knowledge of all major product groups to properly support customer contacts
Duties and responsibilities: Process credit requests, resolve mis-shipments and provide proof of deliveries
Duties and responsibilities: Provide customer support while expertly navigation between multiple computer sessions
Schedule is 8am-4:30pm and 9am-5:30pm, rotating weekly
Salary $21/hr
