Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00a-4:30p
REQUIRED: Bachelor's Degree in clinically-focused area such as RN, OT, PT, pharmacist, health information technology, or other healthcare-related degree.
PREFERRED: Master's Degree in clinically-focused area such as RN, OT, PT, pharmacist, health information technology, or other healthcare-related degree.
Minimum Certification Requirements
CPPS/CPHQ, LEAN/Six Sigma Certification and/or similar training highly preferred.
5 years of healthcare experience including data analytics or use of data to drive performance improvement
Strong analytical skills to analyze complex datasets and identify trends/solutions to data quality issues
Must be fluent in process improvement methods and tools to evaluate, measure capability, and redesign operational and clinical processes.
Candidate will be able to interpret and display data in manner that identifies areas of opportunity and engages leaders to identify tactics for care improvement.
Skilled in Utilizing Process/Performance improvement methodologies (IHI, Lean, Six Sigma, etc.)
Knowledge of data governance policies and procedures
Analytic, problem solving, and issue resolution skills
Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills with ability to communicate data issues and solutions to both technical and non-technical staff

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or a related field, or equivalent experience; one or more years of experience in business, IT, or compliance support is preferred.
