Track APQP/PPAP for new product launches
Lead customer complaint resolution and root cause analysis (8D)
Support production with NCMR, reworks, and process audits
Drive continuous improvement (Lean, Six Sigma, COPQ reduction)
Maintain QMS documentation and ERP/MES data accuracy
Collaborate with suppliers, cross-functional teams, and leadership
