Cashier
Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences.
Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently to process transactions accurately.
Maintain food safety and hygiene standards in accordance with health regulations.
Handle food preparation tasks and willing to do simple cake decoration when needed.
Ensure all equipment and stations are regularly cleaned, well-maintained, and in good working condition.
Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during peak hours.
Provide excellent customer service by interacting with customers, taking orders, and answering any questions or concerns.
Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels of coffee beans, pastries, and other supplies.
Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment and enhance the customer experience.
Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks during busy periods.
Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing.
Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills with a friendly attitude towards customers and colleagues.
Availability: 4-5 days per week.
Weekly Volume: Approximately 30 hours per week (initial phase).
Must be available to work on Public Holidays.
Must work at least one day every weekend (Saturday or Sunday).
Initial Orientation: 2 days of introductory training (3-4 hours per day).
On-the-Job Training: A 1-week intensive training period alongside a supervisor. (This may extend to 10 days if additional training is required)
Transition: Candidate must demonstrate the ability to manage the shop independently.
