Monitoring of calibration of all measuring equipment used
Fill in during the absence of a lead person or technician
Verify the paperwork, print number, revision levels, operation sequence, materials, program and check sheet are all correct and consistent
Set-up tooling, fixturing and machinery in CNC and operates CNC machinery to perform machining operations on metal work pieces to specific specifications
Paid leave including Paid Sick Leave or any other paid leave required by Federal, State, or local law, as well as Holiday pay where applicable
Maintain the work flow and perform quality audits as required to ensure that the product meets or exceeds the customer specifications
Machine Operator
Must clock in and out of the work order and sequence
1st and 2nd shift
Run the first set of parts and check the parts dimensions against the print
Equivalent pay range: $20.00 to $28.00 per hour
Change worn or broken tooling using appropriate procedures
Sign off first piece inspection on work order
Deburr parts following the work instructions on the work order sequence or on the print
Make adjustments as required, with proper authorization
Monitoring machinery and tools to ensure safe correct and optimum performance
Pay : $20-$28 depending on experience
Perform the duties of the palletizer or presetter when needed
