Service Center Technical Analyst

High School Diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 7 years of relevant job experience required
Working knowledge of ERP systems, preferably Epicor
Intermediate Office 360 proficiency, keyboarding, and video conferencing
7 years of relevant job experience
Interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Occasional travel required
Provide technical support to internal/external customers
Prepare Bill of Materials, routers, assembly instructions, and test instructions for I&R and enclosed drive orders
Prepare I&R, parts or enclosed drive quotations, working directly with the outside sales team
Manage incoming parts/units, create and manage orders in ERP system and communicate status updates to outside sales
Liason between outside sales and operations teams
Visual inspections, root cause/corrective action of incoming failed parts

3+ years of experience in manufacturing, repair operations, machine shop, or industrial service environment for Pumps
Strong understanding of Pump repair manufacturing processes, including disassembly, inspection, machining, assembly, testing, and final quality verification.
Experience managing workflow in a high-mix, low-volume repair environment preferred.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and repair documentation.
Working knowledge of MRP/ERP systems (SysPro experience preferred).
Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and troubleshooting skills.
Demonstrated ability to lead teams and drive accountability in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other business systems.
Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent manufacturing or repair leadership experience will be considered.
