Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or master's degree in chemical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering. Manufacturing Engineering or related field preferred.
Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and engineering principles
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to walk or stand for extended periods of time (10 hours minimum)

Occasional travel between manufacturing sites or attending off-site meetings, trainings, or conferences.
Ability to work in extreme environmental temperatures

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field required.
Master's degree preferred.
Minimum of 10+ years of experience in data engineering, distributed systems, or enterprise data architecture.
Minimum of 5+ years designing large-scale cloud-based data platforms.
Demonstrated experience leading architectural strategy across multiple teams or business units.
Location: 4 days in office, Chicago or Sussex
