Fluent in both Spanish and English (required)

Make outbound calls to existing and current customers
Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls
Take customer orders by phone and email
Process orders accurately using order processing software
Assist customers with questions, concerns, returns, and order inquiries
Process customer payments for orders placed
Maintain accurate customer records and order information
Provide exceptional customer service while building positive customer relationships
Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Hours: 40 hours per week
Position Type: Temp-to-Hire
Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills
Strong computer skills and experience with order processing software
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Experience handling outbound and inbound customer calls
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Professional and courteous demeanor on calls
Order entry and order management (preferred experience)
