Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team setting or individually depending on the assigned position.
2-3 years proven and consistent work background
Ability to work any shift in a 3-shift environment as well as up to 4 hours overtime either before or after scheduled shift up to 12 hours. (both daily and/or weekend)
Consistent and dependable attendance
Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment that is hot and humid in the Summer/Fall.
Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic math used in manufacturing process
