High-school diploma or equivalent required
2-4 years of injection-molding setup and processing experience required
Completion of Paulson Molding II required (may be obtained within initial training period)
AIM Molding I certification required or to be obtained within defined timeframe (pre-requisite to Senior Process Technician)
Strong working knowledge of injection-molding equipment, auxiliary systems, and process-control instrumentation
Understanding of ISO 13485, ISO 9001, cGMP, and QMS documentation requirements
Proficient in root-cause troubleshooting, process adjustments, and corrective-action implementation
Familiarity with scientific-molding principles and basic data-driven problem-solving
Ability to interpret process documentation, setup sheets, and work instructions
Support validation, engineering trials, and new-tooling qualifications when assigned
Stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift (up to 12 hours)
Frequent bending, reaching, twisting, and lifting of objects up to 50 lbs independently
Ability to operate forklift, pallet jacks, hoists/overhead cranes, and other material-handling equipment (training and certification performed onsite)
Requires manual dexterity for working with small parts, tools, and precision instruments
Ability to work in both cleanroom and general production environments while wearing required PPE and following contamination control and safety procedures
Visual acuity sufficient to inspect molded parts and read gauges, indicators, and digital displays
Ability to work in hot, noisy, or confined areas during machine setup or maintenance activities
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift (up to 12 hours).
