High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
Minimum 3–5 years of Human Resources experience with hands-on responsibility in recruitment and HR administration
Demonstrated experience managing or supporting full-cycle recruitment processes
Recent hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now (or similar ADP platform)
Experience maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations
Working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Must successfully complete post-offer background screening and verification requirements
