Obtain and maintain full, active and unrestricted license(s) in the State for which MA provides services.
Obtain and maintain credentialing and re-credentialing requirements as necessary.
Obtain and maintain an Active BLS Certification to administer Basic Life Support (BLS) and other Life Saving Measures, including, but not limited to, performing CPR and operating an Automated External Defibrillator (AED)
Experience with documentation of care, medication administration, infection control precautions, assessing patient educational needs, physical assessment, obtaining vital signs, performing point of care testing and care coordination.
Physical presence in a retail/clinic setting is required.
Regular and reliable attendance.
Typically involves prolonged standing and walking; frequent bending, reaching, and use of hands and arms for clinical tasks; and the ability to position patients and equipment.
Requires sufficient visual acuity (including close vision) and manual dexterity to perform clinical procedures and operate computers and clinical equipment.
