5+ years of experience in inventory control, receiving, warehouse operations, or materials management.
2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience within a manufacturing environment.
Experience with ERP/MRP inventory management systems.
Ability to read and interpret BOMs, routings, purchase orders, and manufacturing documentation.
Strong understanding of inventory control principles and warehouse best practices.
