1–2 years of experience in mechanical or electro-mechanical assembly, preferably in a manufacturing or machine shop setting
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and assembly instructions
Familiarity with hand and power tools used in assembly processes
Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs and stand or perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
Basic math skills and attention to detail required
Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately
