High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
0–2 years of related mechanical or hands-on experience
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
Entry-level mechanical aptitude with interest in learning mechanical maintenance and repair
Strong communication skills
Good organizational skills
Ability to understand and accurately complete service-related documentation and paperwork
Ability to safely use basic hand tools and shop equipment
Routinely lift up to 40 pounds independently
Work in multiple positions throughout the shift
Ability to stand for up to a 10-hour shift
