Ability to communicate work status along with problems, scheduling issues and/or incomplete service activities
Ability to communicate with support staff pro-actively
Ability to perform all assigned invasive repairs
Ability to arrange for completion of repairs
Ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment from drawings, technical manuals, and other specifications
Ability to request necessary and cost effective parts for repairs using the request form
Good judgement on which repairs are attempted on-site
Good customer relations skills
Ability to keep managers informed of account status (CM status and PM status, special interests, and customer concern/problems)
Ability to learn new maintenance skills quickly
Ability to build on existing knowledge and share information with fellow technicians
Ability to operate and maintain test equipment to high standards
