B.S. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Physics, or equivalent.
Experience in two or more of the following areas: system integration & test, system analysis, trade studies, requirements development, design, modeling and simulation, performance assessment, requirements verification, Control Account Management.
Demonstrated experience in leading multi-disciplinary engineering teams, including task planning, budget management, or employee development and mentoring
Proven ability to resolve and drive complex technical issues and challenges to closure.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, emotional intelligence, strong work ethic, and self-motivation
Strong customer focus with track record of achieving outstanding customer satisfaction.
Ability to obtain a Secret security clearance.

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $109,200 - $192,510.
