      • Manage and control area-level maintenance spend within approved budgets
      • Forecast labor, parts, and outside service costs with accuracy and discipline
      • Identify cost-reduction opportunities without compromising safety or reliability
      • Partner with Directors on capital recommendations based on asset condition and performance data
      • Enforce strict CMMS compliance across all assigned locations
      • Ensure accuracy and completeness of: Work order notes, Labor hours, Parts usage & Equipment Status
      • Audit work order quality and backlog health regularly
      • Drive standard workflows and data discipline to support enterprise analytics
      • Champion a safety-first culture across all maintenance locations
      • Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, environmental regulations, and company policies
      • Lead safety audits, inspections, and corrective actions
