Must have 2 years of guest service experience.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Must have a valid driver's license.
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
Proven employee/guest relations, communication, problem solving, and organization skills.
Ability to speak, read, and write English.
Keyboarding skills and PC familiarity.
Professional image representative of property image.
Work area requires the ability to adjust to seasonal temperature changes and noise.
Physical requirements include sitting or standing at length, and communicating clearly.
Schedule will vary according to operational needs but is primarily first and second shift. Hours may include 7AM-3:30PM and 10AM-6:30PM and 3PM-11:30PM.
Weekends and holidays required.
