Must be adaptable to a changing work environment, competing demands and is able to deal with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events.
Must be able to stand and work in adverse conditions (outside in all types of weather or inside in a manufacturing environment) for a minimum of 8 hours.
Must be able to use simple measuring instruments (tape measure, caliper, etc.).
Must be able to do extensive walking, bending, stooping, and moderate to heaving lifting.
Must be able to manually work multiple levers and Knobs in association with applicable machines or equipment.

2+ years of technical training or operations experience
Knowledge/understanding of instrumentation, rotating equipment and piping systems
Familiarity with regulatory requirements for operating plants (Process Safety Management, EPA regulations, FDA regulations, state/local regulations)
Knowledge in the proper methods of locking out and isolating equipment
Ability to use computers-knowledge of Microsoft Office software
Ability to work in a team environment; demonstrated self motivated attitude
Good verbal/written communication skills in order to deal effectively with management and external customers
Highly organized with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work
Ability to work nights, weekends and possibly holidays in order to meet shift and on-call requirements
Valid Driver's License
