Incorporates tight tolerances into part inspection process
Inputs and analyzes statistical data utilizing Infinity or other SPC software
Documents data obtained during all quality inspection processes
Examines statistical data to determine and maintain quality and product reliability
Operates inspection equipment; troubleshoots and resolves issues affecting quality of product and reports issues to leadership as needed
Has attained qualified status on the use of multiple precision inspection equipment tools in assigned area under limited supervisor, such as micrometers, calipers, microscope, federal gauge, Styre, Talyrond 73, FPI, video scopes, and lighting equipment
Proficient at Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
Utilizes precision measuring equipment (i.e. micrometers, calipers, comparators, master gauge blocks, indicators, surface gauges, surface plates, sine bars, etc.)
