Proper use of Personal Protection Equipment (PPE)
Ability to pass a respirator fit test and be trained on proper respirator protocol
General understanding and firsthand experience with safe work environments
Be able to read, interpret, and modify documents
Ability to work overtime. Mandatory overtime is required based on business need
Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain an excellent driving record
Ability to possess the following certifications: Pearl Level I and II
Forklift training
TSC Electrical Training Classes completed within one (1) year of hire date
Mine and Safety Administration (MSHA) Training
10-30 Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) Card
In-house Training on individual machines in the shop
Candidates for this position are required to complete a pre-employment drug screen successfully.
The drug screening process will include testing for substances that may impair one's ability to perform the job safely and effectively.
