Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Controls Engineering, Automation Engineering, or related discipline.
3+ years of hands‑on controls engineering experience in manufacturing.
Proficiency with Allen-Bradley ControlLogix & CompactLogix, Studio 5000, Ethernet/IP.
Experience developing and troubleshooting HMI software/hardware (FactoryTalk View, InTouch, Red Lion, Ignition, or similar).
Strong understanding of industrial networks, IP addressing, managed switches, VLANs, and communication protocols.
Experience with VFDs (setup, tuning, integration).
Ability to read, create, and interpret electrical schematics, P&IDs;, and machine documentation.
Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and root cause analysis skills.
Ability to work effectively on the plant floor and support production needs.
