12+ years' experience leading commissioning, QA/QC, startup, turnover, or operational readiness on large-scale mission-critical or infrastructure projects
5+ years managing people, including commissioning managers, engineers, vendors, and contractors; ability to set priorities, assign work, coach teams, and hold teams accountable across multiple projects, regions and sites
Strong knowledge of data center infrastructure including; electrical systems, mechanical, controls, life safety, and building automation systems
Experience with startup sequencing, integrated testing, functional performance verification, energization planning, and turnover acceptance
Ability to assess field readiness, audit installation quality, observe testing, and verify deficiency closure
Strong understanding of QA/QC programs, inspection planning, audits, quality reporting, and corrective action management
Proven ability to coordinate across construction, vendors, commissioning teams, QA/QC, controls, and operations
Strong communication, escalation, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-accountability hyperscale delivery environment
Willingness to maintain heavy field presence during startup, inspection, commissioning, and turnover phases
Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, quality management, facilities management, or equivalent experience

Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record
