Valid license and proof of insurance for travel
Lift and carry up to 20 pounds when needed
Experience in sales, especially in home improvement/décor, field-based or in-home
Customer service focused backgrounds
Hospitality backgrounds (e.g., bartender or waiter/waitress)
Teaching experience
Experience in security systems or solar (optional pathway into role)
