Valid North Carolina Driver's License
Minimum of 3 years of experience in residential design/build remodeling and estimation
At least 2 years of direct experience managing residential design/build remodeling projects
Strong proficiency in using computers, digital technologies, and Microsoft Office tools
Proven ability to manage subcontractor workflows and resolve onsite logistical challenges
Physical capability to lift 65+ pounds and climb a 6-foot ladder without assistance
Professional written and verbal communication skills for reporting and client interaction

Driver License
