At least five (5) years of manufacturing leadership experience (cannabis, food production, CPG, pharmaceutical, or related industry preferred)
Three (3) years in a senior operations leadership role preferred
Experience with butane and/or ethanol extraction processes
Commercial kitchen or edible production leadership experience
Strong knowledge of cannabis compliance regulations
Demonstrated P&L; ownership and operational scaling experience
Must be able to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
