Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Superintendent, with a strong background in exterior multi -family / commercial construction.
Proven ability to manage large, complex projects with a focus on quality and safety.
Proficient in reading and understanding construction drawings and documents.
Extensive experience in roofing, carpentry / siding, windows/doors, and exterior painting on multi-level structures.
Ability to travel within Arizona and boarding states on a regular basis.
Ability to work in various weather conditions and on different types of terrain.

Ability to stand, walk, and climb for extended periods.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred; equivalent work experience considered.

Relevant certifications (e.g., OSHA, PMP) are a plus.
