Solid understanding of concrete construction methods
Create and maintain the overall project schedule.
Coordinate task durations with clients to ensure schedules are realistic and mutually agreed upon.
Collaborate with Superintendents to develop and implement site logistics and phasing plans.
Develop and implement project-specific quality programs.
Delegate and coach project team members to ensure high-quality work and minimize rework.
Support onsite quality control efforts, including documentation of concrete mixes, quantities, and rental equipment usage.
