Proven ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues across multiple trades including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
Strong proficiency in time management and organizational skills necessary for handling a high volume of maintenance tickets.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to navigate between various onsite project locations.
Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform manual tasks in an industrial setting.
