Experience: Previous experience in the construction industry, particularly underground construction, mining, or drilling, is REQUIRED
OSHA certification is often required
Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is typically required
Lifting: Must be able to lift a minimum of 40lbs. unassisted
Must be willing to work underground for long hours
Safety Orientation: A strong commitment to safety protocols and the ability to comply with all federal and state safety regulations

Manually pushing rolls of paper into position and then loads them onto the machines, sometimes using a hoist
Assisting the Machine Operator in setup and troubleshooting of the machines
Removing finished paperboard from the machines
Packing of finished skids and loading of paper onto tractor trailers and other delivery vehicles
Assisting in cleanup and processing of waste paper
Performing other cleaning and organization of materials on the Production Floor
The job requires keen attention to detail, most particularly labeling of product and matching product to production orders and shipping paperwork
