Partner with QC, production, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on quality standards
Assist with general QC activities including lifting/sorting materials, cleaning equipment, and supporting investigations as needed
Quality Control Technician I
Follow all SOPs, GMPs, and safety guidelines
Experience with functional testing and measurement tools (e.g., calipers)
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Collect, label, and store samples in accordance with established protocols
Report deviations and non-conformances in a timely manner
GMP familiarity (Familiarity with GMP and quality systems preferred)
Documentation & recordkeeping: Maintain accurate and complete records of inspections, test results, and observations
Assist with routine maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment
Maintain sample inventory and ensure proper handling and disposal
Enter data into systems and ensure documentation aligns with laboratory and quality plans
Support initiatives aimed at improving quality processes, efficiency, and compliance
