Proven experience operating as a Flatwork Finisher or equivalent technical field experience in the concrete trade.
Demonstrated ability to set string lines, formwork, and screed marks independently.
Strong practical math skills, including an accurate understanding of pitch, slope, and percentages.
Physical capability to lift heavy equipment up to 100 lbs and perform strenuous tasks in all weather conditions.
Reliable, punctual attendance and a solid understanding of jobsite safety rules and procedures.
Absolute flexibility to travel out of town during the week or on weekends for project assignments.
