Building Maintenance Technician (Painting and Light Carpentry)

High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of 3 years of demonstrated experience in general building repair and maintenance, including painting, basic plumbing, and light electrical work.
Ability to regularly lift up to 25 lbs. and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs., with capability to safely perform overhead work while standing on ladders.
Excellent oral and written communication skills with ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
Physical capability to regularly walk, bend, stoop, crouch, crawl, lift, push, and pull as required to complete maintenance tasks throughout the workday.
