This is a 100% onsite role in Grafton, WI
Candidates must be able to commute daily; remote work is not available

High school diploma or equivalent required
One to two years of customer service experience in a fast-paced or high-volume environment preferred
Strong computer skills and written communication abilities required
Experience with ERP systems, preferably Epicor, is a plus
Ability to accurately follow written and verbal instructions, including process workflows and visual aids
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, including accurate data entry, order processing, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
