Managed Services experience
5+ years' experience in IT related field
CompTIA A+, and/or Network +,and/or Security +
Must have valid driver's license with clean driving history
Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must possess excellent documentation skills
Must be able to work independently to achieve goals
Must be process and detail oriented
Must have excellent troubleshooting skills
Must have access to reliable transportation
Thorough knowledge of PC hardware, software, and network connections
Installing, configuring, and maintaining desktop and laptop PCs and peripherals such as printers
Respond to escalated technical issues and resolve them in a timely and efficient manner
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, and provide solutions to clients
Provide on-site technical support to contract clients
Document all issues, resolutions, and client interactions in the ticketing system
Support of MS Exchange, Office 365, and Active Directory administration
Participating in on‑call rotation after‑hours or critical support events
Installing and configuring application and operating system software and upgrades
Removing old equipment and performing data migration to new machines

This position reports to the Field Service Supervisor
