Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field or 5+ years in system programming
Strong experience in programming and customizing Epicor Application Studio for Kinetic version
Proficient in programming languages such as C#, .NET, and SQL
Solid understanding of product engineering processes, including bills of materials (BOMs), engineering change management, and product lifecycle management (PLM)
In-depth knowledge of Epicor ERP modules, including Manufacturing
Experience with Epicor customization tools, such as EDI and Order Entry, BPM (Business Process Management), BAQ (Business Activity Query), and Application Studio
Ability to analyze complex business requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and develop efficient solutions within the Epicor ERP system
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to identify and resolve system issues
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
