Experience on 4-5 axis CNC Mills (Mazak machine, Fadal, Toyoda experience preferred)
Knowledges: Knowledge of various inspection equipment i.e. micrometers, calipers, and height gages; Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations; Knowledge of Geometric Dimensional Tolerancing; Understanding of cutting tool Geometry; Knowledge of tooling and coordination
High School Diploma or equivalent
2+ years of experience machining with CNC Mills
Working conditions may require use of safety equipment (eye safety glasses, gowning, masks, hearing protectors, etc.)
Skills/Abilities: Able to work quickly and efficiently through Process Improvement structure; Good verbal and written communication; Strong attention to detail and accurate record keeping
May be exposed to unusual environmental conditions such as loud noises, cold temperatures, confined spaces, dust or fumes
