Fold, insert, and prepare printed materials using high‑capacity inserter machines.
High attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions.
Shift: Onsite Role // 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Mon- Fri // Scottsdale, AZ
Accurately track and complete assigned work while meeting sensitive production schedules.
Comfortable working under time‑sensitive deadlines.
Perform mailroom functions including inserting, postage stamping, sorting, and job completion within defined timeframes.
Maintain strict confidentiality and compliance when handling healthcare‑related information.
Fast‑paced, production‑driven environment with strict deadlines.
Ability to balance compassion and kindness with professionalism and strong customer service.
Operate large production‑class digital printers to produce high‑volume print jobs.
Experience in mailroom, print production, or manufacturing environments is a plus.
24/7/365 operation, including nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
Dependable, team‑oriented, and adaptable to changing priorities.
Position requires standing and moving for most of the shift.
Support additional mailroom tasks as needed throughout the shift.
Ability to remain on feet for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
Verify print jobs against provided documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
