Proven experience in office administration, preferably within the general contracting or construction industry
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and Word
Strong organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
Strict punctuality and the ability to reliably open the office every morning at 7:30 AM

Associates degree or equivalent experience required
7 years of supervisor/management experience preferred
Experience in manufacturing leadership, including talent and performance management
Knowledge of CNC Manufacturing, Shipping, Receiving, and Purchasing
Strong mechanical skills and problem-solving capability
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing Concepts
OSHA and Safety experience
Knowledge of Quality Control
Strong computer skills, including Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint
Strong communication and team building skills
5S implementation experience
SAP experience preferred
