Completion of a two-year technical degree in industrial mechanical maintenance with a minimum of five years of experience as a Maintenance Mechanic B
Or a minimum of eight years of demonstrated experience in the role
Strong knowledge of plant electrical power and control systems, including troubleshooting and repair
Demonstrated expertise in welding, fabrication, and machining in a food manufacturing environment
Self-motivated with the ability to make independent decisions and accept responsibility for outcomes
Proficiency in preventative maintenance practices and interpreting technical manuals
Experience using CMMS systems for maintenance tracking and work order completion
Strong mathematical skills, including application of geometry and trigonometry for fabrication and layout work
Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
Being on your feet, walking around the facility, climbing stairs/ladders or kneeling for extended periods of time.
Performing consistent repetitive tasks.
