Operator I – 1st Shift
Heavy Lifter Required
Basic math skills: addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail
Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English (Spanish a plus)
Comfortable working in coolers (+25–40°F), freezers (as low as –10°F), and production areas (+45–60°F)
Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions
Culinary or food preparation experience preferred
Lift and carry boxes or trays (up to 40 lbs; heavy lifters up to 55+ lbs)
Minimum: 6th Grade education required
