Associate's degree (A. A.) or certification from two-year College or technical school
Equivalent combination of education and experience
3 years of experience setting up and operating CNC lathe or Mill
Working knowledge of G&M; code
Be able to read a tape measure
Be able to convert metric and English units
Be able to read and understand blue prints and assembly drawings
Be able to use calipers, micrometers and height gage
Comply with all safety procedures, postings and protocols
The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
The employee will regularly work in an indoor manufacturing environment.
The employee will work in areas exposed to production activities to include but not limited to production machinery, assembly operations, overhead cranes usage, and forklift traffic.
The employee will be required to use personal protective equipment to prevent exposure to workplace hazards.
