- High school diploma required; trade school training is a plus.
- 5+ years of relevant machining experience.
- Experience with manual and CNC mills and lathes (Haas and Mori Seiki).
- Familiarity with cranes and hoisting equipment.
- Fork truck operating experience.
- Independently set up and operate Haas CNC machines and CNC knee mills.
- Utilize a basic understanding of CNC conversational programming and perform necessary program edits.
- Machine components to tight tolerances with precision and accuracy.
- Use and read precision measuring instruments to inspect and qualify parts throughout the machining process.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and complete daily machine maintenance requirements.
- Work overtime as needed, including Saturdays when requested.
