High School education or equivalent
Must possess basic computer skills
Minimum 10 years of CNC programming experience
Must be capable of programming using Master Cam Mill / Okuma Lathe
Must be familiar with Okuma lathes, HAAS milling machines and Daewoo/Fanuc Control
Ability to program 5th axis Milling
Strong understanding of GD&T;
Must be capable of performing duties and responsibilities with minimum supervision
Able to read and understand blue prints
Knowledge of basic measuring tools, calipers, micrometers, comparators and math required
Fluent in English (able to read, speak, write and understand)
Must be a US Person (US Citizen or Permanent Resident)
Must be US Persons based on ITAR definition (US Citizen or Permanent Resident).*** This position is expected to be exposed to information which is subject to US export control regulations, i.e. the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) or the Export Administration Regulations (EAR). Experience transitioning parts from first article to production
Someone who can program and operate multi axis machines (2-axis, 3-axis, 5-axis, mill/turn)
Someone with experience programming and operating DMG-MORI machines (NLX, NTX, DMC FD, and DMU series)
Someone who can optimize programs and post code using Esprit, Mastercam or similar CAM software
