Experience integrating automation solutions within CNC environments is highly desirable
Working knowledge of AS9100 and aerospace manufacturing quality systems
Proficiency in CAD/CAM software and strong understanding of GD&T
Deep expertise in multi-axis CNC programming using platforms such as Mastercam, NX, or Fusion 360
Strong understanding of advanced machining techniques, cutting tool technologies, and high-efficiency toolpaths
Lean manufacturing and/or Six Sigma certification preferred
Minimum of 7 years of experience in CNC machining, including at least 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role
Experience with ERP/MES systems for production and process tracking
Familiarity with secondary processes such as laser cutting, stamping, or finishing operations
Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field (or equivalent hands-on CNC experience)
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills with a strong technical focus
