7+ years of CNC milling experience with advanced programming expertise
Mastercam programming experience required (5-axis experience strongly preferred)
Proven experience programming complex aerospace or medical components
Strong understanding of high-speed machining strategies and toolpath optimization
Advanced blueprint reading skills including geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T;)
Strong knowledge of cutting tools, workholding, and fixturing design
Ability to work independently in a prototype-driven environment
Leadership mindset with willingness to mentor junior machinists
U.S. citizenship required (ITAR)
Reliable transportation and valid, unrestricted driver's license

Drawing interpretation
Knowledge of GD&T

Knowledge of injection molded parts helpful
