High school diploma required and preferred associate's degree
3 or more years of tool room experience or equivalent knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T;) required
CNC experience required with proficiency in CNC machining, offsets, metrology and at least one of the following: Lathe, Vertical Boring Mill, Horizontal Boring Mill
Basic knowledge in CNC machining, manual machining, setups, monitoring tool wear, G-codes, M-codes, troubleshooting, and blueprint reading
Detailed knowledge of sophisticated shop mathematics and the ability to interpret complicated drawings, blueprints, specifications, charts, and utilize a variety of precision measuring instruments
The Career Readiness/Work Keys Certificate - Silver Status required
Successful applicants must be able to pass standard hearing, vision, and pulmonary function tests as required to perform the duties
Physical Demand: Moderate, with some periodic heavier lifting required
Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization
