High School Diploma or equivalent.
Possess basic math skills.
Requires a basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Ability to work effectively unsupervised.
Strategic and creative thinking to analyze issues that may arise and create solutions.
Ability to respond positively to feedback and implement change in process and procedures as needed.
Ability to understand and interpret drawings, BOMs and procedures.

The Position requires the employee to be on-site during scheduled shift to perform daily duties and responsibilities.

Stand and/or walk for 10 hours a day, with minimal breaks.
Lift and/or move up to 25 pounds independently or up to 50 pounds with assistance.
Vision abilities include close and distance vision, color distinction, and observe small handwriting, labels, and components.
Employee is regularly required to wear steel toed shoes and safety glasses.
Employee is required to wear hearing protection in designated areas.
