Experience working in a manufacturing environment working cross functionally with other disciplines including quality assurance, production operations, design engineering, industrial engineer, project engineer, manufacturing engineering, and/or process engineering
Experience supporting air vehicle assembly and part assembly including some combination of the following: composites fabrication, metallics fabrication, structural assembly, systems installation, test operations
Experience in integrated corrective action, cause map development, RCCA
Active secret security clearance with an investigation in the last 5 years or enrollment in CE
Ability to obtain special program access within 3 months of start
This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration
Clearance Level: Secret with Investigation or CV date within 5 years

High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
Over 2 years' experience with Manufacturing Assembly experience
Ability to understand work procedures, determine tooling and operation sequence, etc. in order to establish the most efficient manner of utilizing materials and equipment.
Ability to read and interpret operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals.
Ability to follow oral and written work instructions and take direction
Able to communicate effectively with coworkers.
Ability to follow instructions, possess basic comprehension and reading skills.
Ability to lift up and move up to 50 lbs.
Requires repeated movements and tasks daily.
Must be comfortable to frequently stand, walk, use hands, reach with hands and arms, stoop, and crouch.

Must be able to work overtime and Saturdays when required.
Shifts are available from Monday – Friday, 6:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. with some overtime including Saturdays
